How I Test Insta Pro 3

Last updated: November 4, 2026. Written by Nexon Dev.

This page explains exactly how I check Insta Pro 3 before writing about it or putting a new version on the site, so you can judge for yourself how much to trust what you read here.

My test setup

  • Phone: Infinix Note 12 (Android)
  • Account: a secondary Instagram account used only for testing, with two-factor authentication on. I never test with an account I can’t afford to lose.
  • Official app: installed alongside Insta Pro 3, to compare features and to approve login checks.

What I check for every new version

  1. Source. The file comes from the developer’s own release, then goes on this site’s download server.
  2. File check. I note the exact file size and SHA-256 hash and publish them on the File Verification page, so you can confirm your download is the same file.
  3. Scan. I let Google Play Protect scan the APK on the phone and check the file on VirusTotal. Mod APKs are sometimes flagged as “riskware” because they change another app; I tell you if that happens instead of hiding it.
  4. Install. I install it as an update over the previous version, and also as a fresh install, and note any errors.
  5. Login. I log in with the test account and note any security checks Instagram shows.
  6. Features. I try the main features: downloading posts, reels and stories, hiding seen status, ad-free feed, full-size profile photos and themes. If something doesn’t work, it goes on the page as not working.
  7. Publish. Only after that do I update the version number, size and notes on the main page.

Where the rest of the information comes from

  • Official help pages from Google (Android, Play Protect) and Instagram (account security, disabled accounts, Terms of Use). I link to them so you can read the original.
  • Reader reports sent to support@instapro3.org. I add a problem to the troubleshooting guide only after I’ve seen it myself or several people report the same thing.
  • Public discussions about Instagram mods in forums and comment sections, used to learn which problems people actually run into.

What I won’t do

  • Claim the app is “100% safe” or “ban-proof”. No one can promise that.
  • Post fake reviews or invented user stories.
  • Change the APK or bundle anything else with it.
  • Ask for your Instagram password or login codes.

Found a mistake?

Email support@instapro3.org with what’s wrong and, if it’s a bug, your phone model, Android version and the exact error. I’ll check it and update the page. More about me is on the About page.
